About the Project

Located at the northwest corner of Bathurst St. and St Clair Avenue, 500 St. Clair Ave W. has pioneered the neighbourhood’s renaissance. With the area’s revitalization plan in mind, 500 St. Clair embodies the city’s new official plan and zoning bylaw designed to bring higher density and a new urban dynamic to the area. The building’s architecture marks a new beginning for one of the city’s prized mid-town locations. Sitting on a 3 storey podium, clad in natural granite and limestone with patterned precast and stainless steel accent elements, this 23 storey point tower contains 172 residential suites. At its base, a commercial/retail component fronts on St. Clair Avenue including Starbucks and TD Canada Trust. An oversized terrace on the third floor of the podium provides a private outdoor amenity for residents. 500 St. Clair Ave West is already a landmark for the area.
