About the Project

This landmark building is elegantly located on Toronto’s ceremonial grand boulevard: University Avenue. The Shangri-La Hotel stands 704 feet tall with 65 stories and encompass 840,000 square feet. The building‘s programme includes the Shangri-La Hotel comprising 200 rooms on the first seventeen floors of the building; luxury residences on floors eighteen to forty-eight including 370 units; and the upper stories, forty-nine through sixty-five will have been designated for 73 Private Estates. Amenities include chi the spa, heated indoor pool, private lobby for residents, Shangri-La Hotel lounge and fine dining restaurant, valet services for private estate residents, doorman, concierge services, fitness centre, steam room and luxurious private banquet rooms.
