About the Project

300 Front is a 49 Storey Condominimum at the corner of Front and John streets in downtown Toronto. Across the street from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Rogers Centre and the CBC, this landmark tower will add a distinct profile to the Toronto skyline. Key to the concept is a public park at the corner of John and Front Streets, across from the primary pedestrian access to the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Creating an urban gateway to King Street and the theatre district, the park is flanked by a 13-storey mid-rise wing that screens a transformer station to the north while the 49-storey tower defines the west edge. The tower is composed of two volumes of varying height and colour to emphasize the gateway condition. Part of the Tridel Built Green program, the project is designed to meet a minimum LEED-Certified rating from the CaGBC.
