Toronto Life Square
DEVELOPER PenEquity Realty Corporation
ARCHITECT Baldwin & Franklin Architects
Located on the dynamic northeast corner of Yonge & Dundas Streets, Toronto Life Square is a 500,000 square foot, mixed-use complex designed and merchandised to service the 56,000,000 people who work, shop, play and learn within this area every year. Toronto Life Square consists of 5 storeys of retail space consisting of a 24-screen AMC Theatre (which is also used by Ryerson University during non-peak theatre hours for lectures), Future Shop, Extreme Fitness, adidas Sport Performance, Shoppers Drug Mart, Milestone's and Jack Astor's. The exterior fa├žade of the building features approximately 20,000 sq.ft. of spectacular outdoor signage, including Canada's largest high-definition video displays and the world's largest contoured trivision. This centre is a new addition to Toronto's downtown PATH system and is connected to Dundas Subway Station, which makes it very accessible, especially for those working in the 90,000 sq.ft. office component of the building and Ryerson University students.
