DEVELOPER'S COMMENTS:
NUVO2 at Essex is the 4th phase of a multi-phase development located on the southwest side of the intersection of Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West in Etobicoke, formerly known as the 6 Points interchange. NUVO2 is a 29 storey, LEED certified residential tower that sits upon a 2 storey podium. The tower shares a 2 storey lobby and common amenity space with the adjacent building, NUVO at Essex. Both of the residential towers front onto a common landscaped motor court/park on the north side of the building providing approximately 1/3 acre of parkland to the residents and community. All vehicle access for the underground garage is from St. Albans Road on the south side, adjacent to the proposed interregional transportation hub at Kipling Avenue station. Upon completion of NUVO2, it will become a part of the revitalization of Etobicoke's 6 Points community.
