| DEVELOPER'S COMMENTS: One Sherway - Phase I consists of two residential towers forming part of a larger complex that will ultimately contain 4 towers and 1130 residential suites, located on Evans Avenue in Etobicoke, in close proximity to Sherway Gardens Mall. The development is part of the residential intensification taking place on lands formerly occupied by commercial parking lots and ancillary mall uses. The 32 and 26 storey buildings have a 3 storey podium base containing grade related units and amenity area, and constitute the western edge of the complex being developed around a newly created park. The ultimate development is intended to create a strong urban edge, with continuous public street frontages, encouraging pedestrian activity in a safe and attractive environment. |
