ABOUT THE PROJECT
88 on Broadway Construction Completion: 2009 This is a 20 storey 22,000 sq.m. tower with an 8 storey podium base. It is situated at the corner of Broadway and Redpath. The podium is designed as two buildings in order to accommodate the replacement of 72 rental units, while the tower component contains 200 condominium units. Each have their own lobby and recreation facility. The materials are precast and brick.

If I was in the witness protection program and they told me I had to live here, I would take my chances on the street.
I don't hate but I don't like it either. I wish there was an in-between option, like 'Dislike it.'
agreed - almost not worth a vote
It's thoroughly mediocre. The brick and precast looks generic, there are no memorable architectural features along the facade. The details at ground level like the glass-and-steel entrance canopies and fonts for the address number are dull at best.
Another fabulous.... ( wait for it ) name.... " 88 on Broadway."
The building? as forgettable as that show you saw in New York last year that lasted a week in Times Square and is now playing in off off off off Broadway somewhere in New Jersey. Exactly where this building should now be.
