Is there to keep people in or out?

boring.

They couldn't decide on whether to spell it "UGLYRIFFIC" or "UGLYRIFIC" so they went with RED HOT

I grew up in Don Mills, and Red Hot is not how I would describe this isolated pocket of it - next to the business park.

Can you build me something that looks like one building out of white stuff fell onto another building pretty much the same out of red stuff?

This building can't be said to be beautiful. The tall red-brick section doesn't seem to have been emphasized for any apparent reason, and the relation of the white cladding with the red brick isn't clear. The landscaping is cheap and uninspiring.

Also, there's a slight curve in the road, but the architecture doesn't respond to it, being just a rectangular slab. A curve in the facade matching that of the road could have enlivened the building, but instead it's quite dull. Fortunately, it's out of the way and not an eyesore but too bland nonetheless. Every building is an opportunity for creative design and beauty, even if not that exuberant given a lower budget. This building unfortunately shows little ambition.
