Luna consists of a 38-storey tower, 18-storey mid-rise and 10-storey podium at the corner of Fort York Boulevard and Telegram Mews and includes 605,526 sf of residential GFA, 712 suites and 2 levels of underground parking. The 20,000 sq.ft. of amenities include lounge facilities, an indoor/outdoor party room, a theatre, gym facility, yoga/dance studio, massage rooms, a Zen garden and roof-top patio with infinity pool, whirlpool, BBQs and a sundeck with views over Canoe Landing Park, Lake Ontario and the surrounding City. These amenities were inspired by world-class resorts, emphasizing the marketing theme “Going home is the beginning of a vacation”. The curved facades of the building conform to the adjacent roadways and feature reflective glass panels along the outside face of each balcony. This three-dimensional pattern is further enhanced by the eye-catching roof-top lighting, designed as part of the public art requirement, which allows the building to achieve a striking visual presence both day and night.
