About the Project

A mixed use residential / retail / office development located in the heart of downtown Toronto, occupying a full city block bordered by Yonge, Bay and Harbour Street. 4 residential towers 29 to 59 storey high, containing 1800 residential suites. The towers are located on a podium containing retail, office and amenity uses. A central courtyard connects the 4 towers and opens towards harbor street. Canopies and colonnades protect the pedestrian circulation around the development, creating an inviting and interesting promenade.
