Acclaim is a seven-storey, 63-suite residential condominium project located on the south side of Sheppard Avenue, just west of Bathurst Street, near the Downsview TTC subway station. To the south sits a residential neighbourhood built in the 1960’s. Rezoned in 2004, this project follows the City of Toronto’s emerging midrise urban design policies, put in place to help preserve existing residential properties.
