A 55-storey condo-hotel tower at the southwest corner of the site is lined by a glazed bridge to a 26-storey tower on the northeast portion of the property. The base of the first tower include hotel and residential lobbies and Cafe Boulud and dbar by Chef Daniel Boulud, while the tower itself contains 259 hotel rooms, and 100 Four Seasons-branded residential condo units.
