The base of the first tower include hotel and residential lobbies and Cafe Boulud and dbar by Chef Daniel Boulud, while the tower itself contains 259 hotel rooms, and 100 Four Seasons-branded residential condo units. A nine-storey extension at the north end of the building is programmed with hotel ballroom and conference facilities, and a 1,858 m2 Four Seasons-branded amenity space. The second tower incorporates a ground floor restaurant that faces onto a 1,250 m2 public park, and 110 Four Seasons-branded residential units.
