A nine-storey extension at the north end of the building is programmed with hotel ballroom and conference facilities, and a 1,858 m2 Four Seasons-branded amenity space. The second tower incorporates a ground floor restaurant that faces onto a 1,250 m2 public park, and 110 Four Seasons-branded residential units.
