The townhouses and the podium are along the 3 street edges provide a link in scale to the existing low rise neighbourhood to the east. The tower is flanked on both sides by 2 courtyards. The western courtyard serves as the main entrance to the development and as a pedestrian thoroughfare linking Anndale and Glendora Avenues. The eastern courtyard is more intimate in nature and it is flanked on 2 sides by townhouse blocks, and providing a visual extension to the ground floor amenity space.
