About the Project

South Beach Condos and Lofts by Amexon Development Corporation is a multiple award winning condominium development that embodies the architecture, lifestyle and vibe of South Beach.

The development encompasses two 27 storey steel and glass residential towers, and 40,000 sq ft of lifestyle amenity areas. At the gateway to the development is a 16,000 square foot art deco inspired retail building.

The two towers each incorporate solar powered LED lit "crowns" and spacious outdoor patios. The towers feature a 7,000 sq ft hotel style lobby creating a spectacular yet inviting sense of arrival. The abundant amenities include a glass-enclosed indoor pool, outdoor pool surrounded by cabanas, fitness centre, yoga studios, full service spa, squash court, basketball court, movie screening room, guest hotel suites and residents lounge.
