About the Project

This 24 storey Tower rests on a 3 storey podium. The building plan is L shaped which supports internal landscaped courtyards.

The site introduces a mid block connection which transforms the project into a corner site with a prominent pedestrian thoroughfare linking Clarence Square Park, which is North of the site.

The two storey lobby located at the corner, is marked by a canopy, and highlights the main entrance as to scale down the facade to the pedestrian level.

The corner also features alternating balcony slabs which accentuate the movement along the massing and amplifies the dynamic of the feature wall by providing a horizontal quality to the tower.

Retail is located at grade and faces Front Street as to maintain a continuity with adjacent buildings. The base of the feature façade anchors the townhouse walk up units and front the pedestrian connection.
