About the Project

Located in Toronto’s Liberty Village neighborhood, King West Condominiums is a residential and live-work community development that has transformed a former large-scale industrial site. The development was designed for Plazacorp so as to improve, where possible, the light and shade conditions at the street level working within the specific constraints from the zoning by-law. The development is comprised of three stepped towers reaching as high as 25 storeys which are reinforced by podiums that utilize fine grain glazing modules and red brick to channel an industrial warehouse character from the past. King West Condominiums features over 1100 units with generous balconies and terraces as well as numerous amenities spaces, providing an outstanding quality of urban living.
