| DEVELOPER'S COMMENTS: The Four Seasons Home Office complex has been completed in three phases, the last of which coordinated all the separate divisions of the company in its World Headquarters on this one campus. The suburban Leslie Street location positions the building in a park-like setting where the landscaped corridor of the street, the site and the building are a seamless continuum. The landscaped gardens extend through the entrance lobby in the building to the interior courts. The building terraces back from a single stone clad floor at the street to a six storey lighter glass secretariat abutting the commercial district beyond the site. Polished red and green granites, insulated reflecting glass, and stainless steel ensure that the materials and design details will stand the test of time. The design exemplifies Four Seasons standard of excellence throughout their corporate endeavors. |
